I'm not into NSFW stuff, but I do want to ask how long it would take you to draw a full illustration, and if you're interested in drawing larger scenes.

The amount of time that i spend on an artwork will depend on the complexity, level of detail and the type of artstyle that i'm using to draw it. I can't give you a concrete answer, but usually full illustrations are commissions that i spend the most time on. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to deliver a full illustration commission completely, after all the revision phase etc.
And as for larger scenes, it all dependes on the complexity of the scene, if the client wants a complex scene, all i ask is for him to bring good references to help me out
